After losing to Bremen the last time they met, Shepard decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Astros walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Braves on Thursday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Shepard took both sets by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-13.

Shepard has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season. As for Bremen, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season.

Shepard will host St. Laurence at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Astros surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bremen, they will square off against Glenbard South at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
