Volleyball Recap: Centralia Beats Cahokia for Their Third Straight Win

Centralia waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Cahokia Comanches by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on September 2nd.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Centralia was: they took both sets by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-13.

Centralia's win bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Cahokia, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-13.

Centralia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Marion on the 30th. Cahokia has also already played their next match (against Mt. Vernon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
