Soccer Recap: Lakeland Comes Up Short

Lakeland lost against DeKalb back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lakers fell just short of the Barons by a score of 2-1. Lakeland have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lakeland now has a losing record of 1-2. As for DeKalb, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lakeland will welcome Central Noble at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for DeKalb, they will be playing in front of their home fans against New Haven at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The match will give DeKalb their first taste of in-conference action this season.
