Longmeadow strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Agawam Brownies. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

One reason for the win was Longmeadow's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-10, 25-8.

Longmeadow got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Caroline Croteau out in front who had four digs and two aces. What's more, Croteau racked up eight assists, the most she's had since back in September of 2024.

Croteau wasn't the only good servers: Longmeadow was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least nine aces in 15 consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

Longmeadow's record is now 13-0. As for Agawam, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.
