Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Founders Classical Academy walked away with it. They were the clear victor by a 52-32 margin over the KIPP Austin Collegiate Cardinals on Tuesday. The Archers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matches by 20 points or more this season.

Aimee Santiago and Jackelyn Reyes certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Santiago posted eight points in addition to nine boards and five steals, while Reyes almost dropped a double-double with 11 points and nine rebounds. Santiago has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last eight times she's played.

The victory (which was Founders Classical Academy's third in a row) raised their record to 6-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.7 points over those games. As for KIPP Austin Collegiate, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 17-8.

As of now, neither Founders Classical Academy nor KIPP Austin Collegiate have any future games scheduled.
