Central Connecticut I West recap October 8, 2013

Hall was able to crack the Top 25 in the state rankings this week after beating Simsbury. The Warriors came in at 23 in the state poll after placing at number 39 last week.

The Trojans lost to Hall 34-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.

Frank H. Robinson Iii's team's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Tom Honyotski threw for 122 and 1 touchdown and Rob Parra had 55 yards receiving. On the ground Jordon Bell contributed 108 yards. Octovio Thomas helped Hall's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 33 yards.

The Warriors' dynamic duo of Honyotski and Parra proved tough for Simsbury to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Thomas helped Hall's passing attack out by catching 4 balls for 33 yards.

Leading Central Connecticut I West in both passing and receiving yards, Southington's Stephen Barmore and Alex Jamele have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-2 quarterback Barmore has thrown for 748 yards this season, while Jamele has 22 catches for 355 yards. Jeff Osborne's team's Brad Helmkamp leads the league in rushing yards with 364.

The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Southington takes on second place New Britain.

New Britain led the league in scoring this week after putting up 39 points on Conard.
