Avon strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Avon Lake Shoremen. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Avon never let Avon Lake on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 27-25, 25-9.

Londyn Stone paced Avon's offense, picking up 13 kills. Stone got some help from Lily Hamilton and her 17 assists. Hamilton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Avon's win bumped their record up to 20-0. As for Avon Lake, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 11-9.
