Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Winter Springs walked away with it. They had just enough and edged out the Niceville Eagles 4-3 on Saturday. The victory was nothing new for the Bears as they're now sitting on eight straight.

Tiffany Seemann spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned runs on nine hits.

At the plate, Winter Springs saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lilly Clark, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Winter Springs' win bumped their record up to 24-8. As for Niceville, they moved to 22-7 with that loss, which also ended their 12-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Winter Springs nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
