Basketball Recap: Henrico Has No Trouble Against Hickory Ridge

On Friday, the Henrico Warriors didn't have too much trouble with the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls as they won 55-39.

Despite the loss, Hickory Ridge still got an impressive performance from Ma-Kaela Gidney, who posted 12 points and six rebounds.

Henrico's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Hickory Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-4 record this season.

Henrico didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 56-45 defeat against St. Mary's Ryken on the 28th. As for Hickory Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 39-37 win against Hayfield on the 28th.
