Volleyball Recap: Conway Comes Up Short

Conway suffered their biggest loss since September 11th on Tuesday. They lost 3-0 to the Myrtle Beach Seahawks. The defeat continues a trend for the Tigers in their meetings with the Seahawks: they've now lost four in a row.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-18, 25-17.

Despite the loss, Conway still got an impressive performance from Kiley Townsend, who had five digs and two aces.

Conway's loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Myrtle Beach, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-2-2.

Conway didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against St. James on the 2nd. As for Myrtle Beach, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Socastee on the 2nd.
