Davis Sr. had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the eight-run drubbing they dealt Oak Ridge on Monday. Davis Sr. put the hurt on Oak Ridge with a sharp 14-6 win. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Blue Devils considering their two-run performance the matchup before.
