Forest's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They put the hurt on the Leake County Gators with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Bearcats as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Forest's win bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Leake County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
