Fairfield is a perfect 10-0 against Buffalo since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Bison at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Fairfield had to skate by with only a two-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the ten-run drubbing they dealt Mexia on Tuesday. The Eagles blew past the Black Cats 11-1. Considering the Eagles have won six games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Buffalo waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Black Cats get on the board and left with a 3-0 win.

Fairfield's victory bumped their record up to 11-5-1. As for Buffalo, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Fairfield beat Buffalo 14-10 in their previous meeting back in March. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
