Baseball Game Preview: Palmer Terrors vs. Coronado Cougars

Palmer is 0-10 against Coronado since May of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Terrors will be playing at home against the Cougars at 4:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Palmer lost 15-2 to Mesa Ridge on Thursday. The Terrors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Messiah Rogan was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Meanwhile, Coronado came up short against The Classical Academy on Saturday, falling 17-4.

Coronado saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Turner Whitney, who went 1-for-2 with two runs and one triple.

Palmer's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Coronado, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-10.

Palmer couldn't quite get it done against Coronado in their previous matchup two weeks ago as they fell 11-6. Can the Terrors avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
