 After  a  19-0 finish the last time they played, Fletcher and Englewood decided to play a little more cautiously this time around. The Fletcher Senators came out on top in a nail-biter against the Englewood Rams  on Tuesday and snuck past  3-1. Three seems to be a good number for Fletcher as the  squad scooped up a  victory with the same number of  runs in their previous game.
  Coron Davis made a splash no matter where he played. He  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits over seven innings pitched. Davis was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-2 with a  home run.
 Davis wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Gabe Hernandez, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-2.
 On Englewood's side, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Anthony Brown, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 1-for-2.
 The  win (which was Fletcher's third in a row) raised their record to 7-6. As for Englewood, their loss dropped their record down to 11-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fletcher will  challenge Mandarin at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Englewood, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Yulee at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
