Suggested Video

Valhalla extended their losing streak to five on Friday, dropping them down to 1-5. They were beaten by the Grossmont Foothillers 38-8. If the Norsemen were looking for revenge after losing 49-14 to the Foothillers when the teams met back in October of 2019, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Even if they lost, Valhalla's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank two different players for their defensive prowess: Lorenzo Matos and Liam Hypes, who each picked up one sack apiece.

As for Grossmont, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1. That 30 point margin sets a new team best for them this season.
