Football Recap: Fox Takes a Loss

Fox lost against Sasakwa back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Foxes had to suffer through a 66-20 loss at the hands of the Vikings. The Foxes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Sasakwa to victory, but perhaps none more so than Titan Collins, who picked up 92 receiving yards and a pair of scores. Collins showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 55 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Darius Henderson, who picked up 70 receiving yards and two TDs.

Fox's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Sasakwa, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-1.

Coming up, Fox will venture away from home to take on Maud at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sasakwa, they will welcome Paoli at 7:00 p.m. on the 7th. The Vikings will be up against the Pugs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 36.43 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
