Lincoln had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Providence Academy Patriots a 5-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 5-0 back in March.

Lincoln's win bumped their record up to 3-1-1. As for Providence Academy, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.
