Basketball Recap: St. Paul Academy-Summit Comes Up Short

St. Paul Academy-Summit was the 74-62 winner over Heritage Christian Academy when they last played one another back in March of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The St. Paul Academy-Summit Spartans received a blow on Thursday as they fell 96-82 to the Heritage Christian Academy Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Spartans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 248th, while the Eagles are ranked 117th).

St. Paul Academy-Summit has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-13 record this season. The win (which was Heritage Christian Academy's sixth in a row) raised their record to 16-4.
