Desert Pines (Las Vegas) picked up its first softball win in over five seasons with a 22-8 victory over Clark (Las Vegas) on Monday.

The Jaguars had lost 104 straight games, including eight to start the 2016 season, before defeating Clark. Desert Pines had not won a game since May 4, 2010, according to the Las Vegas Review Journal.

Clark, which is reportedly winless this year and did not win a game last year, gave up 19 walks and committed eight errors in the loss.



Cassandra Bueno led Desert Pines with three hits and two RBIs. Maiya Richardson allowed five hits and struck out six in getting the win.
