Basketball Recap: Rocky Hill Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Rocky Hill came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past the Berlin Redcoats with points to spare, taking the game 57-43. This was payback for the Terriers, who suffered a 49-45 loss the last time these two teams met.

Despite the loss, Berlin still got an impressive performance from Madelynn Sadowski, who posted 11 points in addition to eight boards and five assists. That's the most points Sadowski has posted since back in December of 2023. Brooke Walker was another key player, putting up ten points and five rebounds.

Rocky Hill has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for Berlin, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 12-5.

Rocky Hill has already played their next game (against New Britain), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Berlin will challenge Maloney at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Berlin is facing Maloney at the right time seeing as Maloney is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
