Volleyball Recap: East Haven Takes a Loss + How To Watch

East Haven was the 3-2 winner over Lyman Hall when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Yellowjackets fell 3-1 to the Trojans on Thursday. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While East Haven had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-18, 15-25, 25-22.

Amina Mekic was the offensive standout of the match as she had nine digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

East Haven's loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Lyman Hall, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8.

East Haven has already played their next matchup (against Hand), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Lyman Hall, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Law on the 6th.
