Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Virginia City). They blew past the Whittell Warriors, posting a 78-11 victory. The win was just business as usual for the Muckers, who after 13 games remain undefeated this season.

Whittell's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Rocky Laremore, who posted five points in addition to 11 rebounds and three steals, and Owen Cranch, who had no points and five boards. Laremore is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed three or more in the last 11 games he's played dating back to last season.

Virginia City pushed their record up to 13-0 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points per game. As for Whittell, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Virginia City wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 63-44 loss against Smith Valley on the 16th. Whittell has also already played their next contest, a 55-34 defeat against Coleville on the 14th.
