Soccer Game Preview: Bronx High School of Science vs. Metropolitan

The Bronx High School of Science Wolverines will take on Metropolitan at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Saturday, it was close, but Bronx High School of Science sidestepped Bryant for a 2-1 win. Given Bronx High School of Science's advantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 104th, while Bryant are ranked 371st) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Metropolitan got the win against Evander Childs on Saturday by a conclusive 5-1. Considering Metropolitan has won five matchups by more than two goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Metropolitan and bumps their season record up to 6-1-1. As for Bronx High School of Science, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.
