Basketball Recap: Coronado Takes a Loss

Coronado was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Desert Sunrise Golden Hawks, falling 49-28. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Hawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 39-23 back in January.

Coronado's defeat dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Desert Sunrise, they pushed their record up to 12-10 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

As of now, neither Coronado nor the Golden Hawks have any future games scheduled.
