Preview: Scobey/Opheim vs. Forsyth

Things didn't go so well for Scobey/Opheim last week, and it has a real challenge ahead. This Friday at 7:00 PM, it faces Forsyth. Scobey/Opheim has never lost back-to-back, and it wants to keep it that way.

Last game was the first rocky defensive outing for Scobey/Opheim this year. It was crushed by Circle 72 - 50 last week. No one was more disappointed by the loss than senior Riley Linder, who put up a significant resistance with five TDs. Linder has now scored at least one TD in the past six consecutive games.

As for Forsyth, it can now show off six landslide victories after its game last week. It picked up a decisive 'W' against Powder River County last week, finishing up at 52 - 8. Forsyth won its match by a margin much greater than the state rankings suggested.

Scobey/Opheim's defeat dropped it to 5-1 while Forsyth's win brought it to 7-0. With big points in their last games, don't be surprised if the score for this one stands out.
