Basketball Recap: A.L. Brown Takes a Loss

A.L. Brown played a tough game on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by the West Cabarrus Wolverines and fell 93-47. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wonders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-48 back in January.

A.L. Brown has traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-17 record this season. As for West Cabarrus, their win bumped their record up to 9-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A.L. Brown will head out to take on South Iredell at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. A.L. Brown is facing South Iredell at the right time seeing as South Iredell is stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for West Cabarrus, they will head out on the road to challenge Mooresville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Mooresville knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 21 matchups -- so hopefully West Cabarrus likes a good challenge.
