Calumet Christian came tearing into Friday's matchup with 14 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Families of Faith Christian Academy Screaming Eagles. That's more bragging rights for the Patriots, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Calumet Christian was: they took both sets by at least 18 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-6.

Their offense was headlined by Hannah Rohn and Makenna Landkrohn, who picked up four kills apiece. They were helped by Bria Powell and Jenna Henthorne, who contributed seven assists each. Landkrohn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.
