Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Montrose). They enjoyed a cozy 71-55 win over the Susquehanna Sabers on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 53-46 back in December of 2024.

Montrose's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Susquehanna, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

Montrose will head out to square off against Forest City at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Montrose is facing Forest City at the right time seeing as Forest City is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Susquehanna, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 63-54 defeat against Blue Ridge on the 26th.
