Volleyball Recap: Louisa-Muscatine's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Louisa-Muscatine came into Thursday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Highland Huskies 3-2. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

Louisa-Muscatine's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Highland, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Louisa-Muscatine will challenge Hillcrest Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Highland, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Mediapolis on the 13th.
