Basketball Recap: Arp Comes Up Short

Arp was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 52-29 to the Little Cypress-Mauriceville Bears.

Arp's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Little Cypress-Mauriceville, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-5.

Little Cypress-Mauriceville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 56-52 loss against Liberty-Eylau on the 5th. Hopefully Arp paid attention to the Bears' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Bears at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
