Volleyball Recap: Timpanogos Wins Going Away Against Taylorsville

There's no place like home for Timpanogos, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Taylorsville Warriors on Tuesday. The match marked the Timberwolves' most dominant win of the season so far.

The victory didn't come easy: Taylorsville scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-21, 21-25, 25-18.

Kinley Larsen paced Timpanogos' offense, picking up 11 kills. Larsen got some help from Brecken Jorgenson and her 21 assists. Jorgenson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

The win got Timpanogos back to even at 3-3. As for Taylorsville, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Timpanogos will host Spanish Fork at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Taylorsville, they will head out to challenge Summit Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
