Basketball Game Preview: Sumner Stingrays vs. Spoto Spartans + How To Watch

Having just played yesterday, the Sumner Stingrays will get right back to it and host the Spoto Spartans at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Monday, Sumner came up short against Haines City and fell 69-59.

Spoto played against Santa Fe Catholic two weeks ago and lost via forfeit.

Spoto's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Sumner, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-4.

Everything came up roses for Sumner against Spoto when the teams last played back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 69-14 win. Will the Stingrays repeat their success, or do the Spartans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
