Soccer Recap: Redan Comes Up Short

Redan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the South Atlanta Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against South Atlanta this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-2 back in March.

Redan's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for South Atlanta, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-8.

Redan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Atlanta, they will face off against Drew Charter at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Drew Charter will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something South Atlanta surely won't give up without a fight.
