Pinnacle Classical Academy has gone a perfect 8-0 against Community Christian Academy recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Eagles will square off against the Warriors at 7:30 p.m.

Pinnacle Classical Academy made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Eagles fell just short of the Gryphons by a score of 49-46 on Friday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Gryphons recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Braylon Gentry, who posted 12 points and seven boards. Nathan Ngeno was another key player, putting up seven points and five blocks.

Meanwhile, Community Christian Academy had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 55-53 win over the Bulldogs.

Community Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Pinnacle Classical Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Everything came up roses for Pinnacle Classical Academy against Community Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as the team secured a 75-46 win. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
