Basketball Recap: Elkin Wins Going Away Against West Wilkes

Elkin's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Wednesday. They took down the West Wilkes Blackhawks 75-58. This was payback for the Buckin' Elks, who suffered a 58-38 loss the last time these two teams met.

The win got Elkin back to even at 8-8. As for West Wilkes, they dropped their record down to 5-12 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.
