Basketball Game Preview: Marion Black Knights vs. Gananda Central Blue Panthers

Marion is 0-10 against Gananda Central since January of 2018 but things could change on Wednesday. The Marion Black Knights will host the Gananda Central Blue Panthers at 6:00 p.m.

Marion is headed into Wednesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 21st straight game dating back to last season on Friday. They were dealt a 62-22 defeat at the hands of North Rose-Wolcott.

Meanwhile, Gananda Central was able to grind out a solid win over Sodus on Monday, taking the game 75-68. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Blue Panthers.

Gananda Central's win came from a few key players Marion will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Hunter Vogt, who posted 20 points. Another player making a difference was Cooper Grassel, who earned 19 points.

Gananda Central's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Marion, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
