Soccer Recap: Angleton Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Angleton can now relate to. They fell just short of the Sterling Rangers by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, the Wildcats couldn't push the score so high this time.

Angleton's defeat dropped their record down to 12-7-2. As for Sterling, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 20-5-1.

As of now, neither Angleton nor Sterling have any future games scheduled.
