Baseball Recap: Sky View Takes a Loss

Sky View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 4-1 to the Hurricane Tigers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 6-4 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Vincent Taylor was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched.

Sky View's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hurricane, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Sky View wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 17-1 defeat against Union on the 8th. As for Hurricane, they have also already played their next game, a 12-6 loss against Wasatch on the 8th.
