Softball Recap: Osceola's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Osceola had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on the Unity Eagles with a sharp 12-2 win on Monday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Chieftains' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Osceola's victory bumped their record up to 4-14. As for Unity, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Osceola will be playing at home against St. Croix Central at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Chieftains are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Unity, they will head out to challenge Grantsburg at 5:00 p.m. on the 20th.
