Volleyball Recap: St. Paul Comes Up Short

St. Paul was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They came up short against the Bishop Amat Lancers, falling 3-0. The Swordsmen were not able to make up for their defeat to the Lancers from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

St. Paul was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Bishop Amat work for it, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-22, 26-24, 25-21.

St. Paul's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Bishop Amat, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 10-13.

St. Paul has already played their next game (against Providence), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Bishop Amat, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Wilson on the 12th.
