Volleyball Recap: Dublin Comes Up Short

Dublin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Patrick-St. Vincent Bruins.

Dublin's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for St. Patrick-St. Vincent, with the win, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 11-19.

Dublin has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Mt. Eden on the 11th. Hopefully St. Patrick-St. Vincent paid attention to the Gaels' contest: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Gaels at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday.
