Volleyball Recap: Wayne Takes a Loss

Wayne was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Edison Tech Inventors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Wayne's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Edison Tech, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Wayne is set to face off against their familiar foe Churchville-Chili at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Edison Tech will take on rival McQuaid Jesuit at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
