Volleyball Recap: Attica Takes a Loss

Attica was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Covington Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Saturday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-5, 25-5.

Attica's loss dropped their record down to 0-18. As for Covington, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 16-11.

Looking ahead, Attica will host West Vigo at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Covington, they will venture away from home to challenge Riverton Parke at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
