Baseball Recap: Boulder Takes a Loss

Boulder lost against Prairie View back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers lost 15-4 to the Thunderhawks. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Daniel Melvin made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Boulder's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-7. As for Prairie View, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Boulder is set to face off against their familiar foe Riverdale Ridge at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Prairie View will challenge rival Brighton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
