Volleyball Recap: Palatka Continues Home Dominance on Wednesday

Palatka hadn't done well against Interlachen recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Panthers put the hurt on the Rams with a sharp 3-0 victory. This was payback for the Panthers, who suffered a 3-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-20, 25-12.

Palatka pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Interlachen, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Palatka is headed away from home for the first time to square off against Hawthorne at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Interlachen, they will head out to face off against Eastside at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
