Baseball Recap: Keefe Tech Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Keefe Tech can now relate to. They lost 15-3 to the Mount Greylock Regional Mounties on Friday.

Keefe Tech saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joey Secatore, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double. Nate DeBoer was another, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base.

Keefe Tech's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Mount Greylock Regional, they pushed their record up to 9-13 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Keefe Tech does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mount Greylock Regional, they will take on Boston English on Monday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something the Mounties surely won't give up without a fight.
