Softball Recap: Franklin Extends Home Winning Streak to Four

While Franklin put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Racine Case. The Sabers were the clear victors by a 16-0 margin over the Eagles. The Sabers have beaten the Eagles the last six times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Eagles has come to flipping the script.

Franklin's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Racine Case, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Franklin will welcome Oak Creek at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
