Soccer Recap: Evergreen Finds Home Pitch Redemption Against Cedarcrest

There's no place like home for Evergreen, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They never let the Cedarcrest Red Wolves get on the board and left with a 1-0 win on Thursday.

Evergreen's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Cedarcrest, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3-1.

Evergreen and Cedarcrest should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. The Wolverines will square off against Marysville-Pilchuck at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday with a big rank advantage (68 vs. 220). Meanwhile, Cedarcrest (ranked 95th) will meet Renton (ranked 200th) at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
