Volleyball Recap: Grand Blanc Triumphs

Grand Blanc's tournament run continued when they took on Montrose on Saturday. The Bobcats walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rams.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Grand Blanc took both sets by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-14.

Kendall Wilson paced Grand Blanc's offense, picking up seven kills. Wilson got some help from Ella Stevenson and her 12 assists. Carli Banaszak controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Grand Blanc's victory bumped their record up to 10-26-3. As for Montrose, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Grand Blanc didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Clio on the 1st. Montrose does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
